2005-2010

  • Started our web-hosting support journey with
    just 10 members handling 24×7 support for cPanel servers.
  • Started offering 24×7 support services to Plesk and Direct Admin control-panel with a 20+member team.
  • Introduced Helm Cluster Control panel support service based on Microsoft technologies.
  • Introduced virtualization support service using OpenVZ containers for web-hosting support.
  • Introduced support service for Xen and KVM based hypervisors.
  • Partnered with Microsoft Network to support Hyper-V

2010-2015​

  • Provided software development and consultancy services to a major printing company with production management software(ERP)
  • Provided E commerce application development services
  • Introduced a budget friendly premium cPanel server management support plan for just $20 /server/month
  • Started with the first phase of FogPanel product development based on opensource Apache Cloudstack
